Changed your mind?
If you bought a physical product from this website, such as a CD, T-shirt or book, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason.
Once you have told us, please send the item back within a further 14 days. It should be unused and in its original condition, with any packaging it came in. You pay the cost of returning an item you have changed your mind about.
Items we cannot take back
- CDs: a CD can only be returned for a change of mind if its seal has not been broken.
- T-shirts: these should be unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use.
- Pre-recorded songwriting modules: once you have agreed to start and have accessed a module, you can no longer cancel it for a change of mind. You can still cancel before you access it.
These limits do not apply if an item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo if possible. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.
If a pre-recorded module does not work properly, tell us what happened and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, the rules for physical products above apply.
How to start a return
- Email info@theworldofmick.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will confirm the next steps and give you the address for returning it.
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Your refund
We refund you using your original payment method. When you cancel a whole order within the 14 days, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving your proof of postage if that comes first. For a digital product, we will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation.

Nothing on this page affects your legal rights as a consumer, including any rights that apply in the country where you live. These terms were last updated in November 2026.
